Born in France, Catherine Malandrino began her career at Dorothee Bis, and continued work at various other labels including Emmanuel Ungaro and Diane von Furstenberg, before founding her own design label in 1998 in New York.
Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock, Demi Moore, and Heidi Klum have all been featured on magazine covers wearing Malandrino designs.
